Also actually true. Cats are apparently incapable of recognizing humans are not cats, same for dogs and a few other species they’ve adapted too. They just see us as big, really dumb cats. (this is also why they get on so poorly with dogs, all the signs of dog affection are cat signs of anger and ‘fiteme’ness
